The Bombardier Challenger 600 series is a family of business jets first produced by Canadair as an independent company and then produces as a division of Bombardier aerospace. While the Challenger would be similar in general configuration to other aircraft of its type certain features stand out. The use of a widened fuselage allows a walk-about cabin and was also one of the first bizjets designed with a supercritical wing.

The Challenger 604/605 aircrafts can have a capacity of between 9 and 19 passengers depending on the configuration however most commonly comfortably seats up to 11. The maximum speed is 870 km/hr with a cruise speed of 850km/hr. The maximum operating altitude is 41,000 feet and it can climb to 37,000 feet in just 22 minutes. The Challenger 604/605 has a range of 6,878 km which allows flights to go direct from Dubai to London, Riyadh to Paris without the inconvenience of a fuel stop.

The Challenger 605 with the same features as the 604 was launched later in 2005. The aircraft has an increased pay load capacity of 91kgs which will allow either an extra passenger or extra fuel for greater range.
