Operator Terms and Conditions

Operator agrees to remove all advertising and/or marketing materials, whether by way of brochure, business cards, electronic or otherwise, and if Operator is approached by a Private Jet Charter FZCO client, it is agreed that Operator will refer the client to Private Jet Charter FZCO, exclusively.

Operator further agrees not to solicit business from, or attempt to sell or provide same or similar services to any Private Jet Charter FZCO customer, or guest, in the global market for a period of 60 months after the effective date above. Failure to fully comply with this provision, shall entitle Private Jet Charter FZCO to recoup damages from Operator, including but not limited to, recovery of all commissions obtained by or on behalf of Operator, plus entitlement to attorneys’ fees and costs associated with the enforcement of this provision.

If you should need to sub-charter, due to a mechanical failure, Private Jet Charter FZCO must be notified immediately about the name of Operator, Aircraft Type, Age and Registration, in order to assure our client is in agreement with the proposed replacement aircraft.
